Here Come The Girls 2009

At first the sun was shining
The racers were revving to go
But soon the winds were howling, and temperatures dipped real low.
How come? This is Easter - it's insane
We were frozen from head to toe -
But before we could thaw and say 'nitromethane'
It bucketed down with snow!

Jayne is a very accomplished Junior Drag Racer. These photo's were taken of her at Santa Pod and Shakespeare County in between races. Jayne is also planning to combine her studies with work as a fashion model. I think she has a lot of potential. Good luck Jayne.

'Girl Power' stormed into the London Motorsport Show at Excel Docklands on the 8th & 9th December.
In their own specific designated area The Ladies were available with informative advice about Women in Motorsport and to encourage more women into a career in Motorsport.
Many had their cars, bikes and watercraft on display and visitors were energised and excited by the the enthusiasm generated in their area.

The Dirt Bike Show at Stoneleigh is Europe's largest Off Road show.

The 2007 Lombard Rally started from the re-developed Gaydon Heritage Museum, home to the largest collection of British Historic cars in the world. http://www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk

TRAX is the UK’s biggest and best circuit-based event for all types of performance and modified cars. There were 4500 cars on display and visitors can drive their own cars on Silverstone’s full Grand Prix circuit.

All the main teams and drivers were at Silverstone for 3 days testing in preparation for the F1 Grand Prix.

Ferrari Racing Days at Silverstone was the UK focus of Ferrari’s 60th Anniversary and featured the Ferrari Shell Historic Championship in which classic road and race Ferraris competed in three different categories to relive the golden era of motorsport. It was also a fantastic opportunity for Ferrari fanatics to get up close and personal to these dream machine's (and some of the drivers!)
