Sandra and Roland Chaplain who form Think Pink Racing are usually seen on the Drag Strip competing in Competition Class on their pink 1327c.c. Suzuki Drag Bike. For the photo session they 'dragged' out the black Buff bike and the all new pink Kukuxumusu.
The Ruskin Raiders from the Anglian Ruskin Cheerleading Society were preparing for their first major Cheerleaders` competition and were on top form. Cheerleading is growing in popularity in England. It is a fantastic exercise regime, tones and strengthens the body and pushes balance skills to the limit - no gym required! The Raiders modelled Think Pinks sponsors apparel for the photographs and demonstrated some very innovative ways to wear their 'Buffs'
Think Pink Racing will be competing in the European Drag Racing Finals to be held at Santa Pod from the 4th to the 7th September

The Cricket Pitch at Goodwood House was turned into a drag strip complete with lengendary dragsters from 1955 to 1979. They displayed their mighty engines with a thunderous 'Crackle Fest'.

The Motoring Festival at Brooklands is named in honour of the 'Double Twelve' meetings of the 1930's. During that era 24 hour racing was not permitted at Brooklands. Instead, 12 hour races were held on consecutive days.

Photoparazzi Model, Katy Louise, stepped up her career as a Promotional Model with her assignment to promote Motorshack and VP Racing Fuels at the Summer Nationals.
Katy Louise did a magnificent job for Motorshack and she was overwhelmed by the warm welcome she received from racers who invited her to be photographed with their cars, bikes and often themselves.
Katy Louise managed to squeeze in time to watch some Drag Racing for the first time and gave a positive thumbs up on her return. She loved the atmosphere, noise and excitement.
